Welcome back to Buses of the Westcountry. This is the next version of the map, which is a tidied up version of the rather dated v2.7.1. Please note that this is not v3 (or BotW 2, or Legacy Edition or any other name it has gone by).

What has changed in this version?
BotW v2.8 features a tidied-up version of the 35 from Paignton to Totnes. It now utilizes the fantastic C400R, and has been generally improved upon. Poor, outdated map construction has been mitigated, common complaints addressed, general optimization, as well as higher quality assets.

Please note - this version is simply a stopgap to give the community something while v3 (Legacy), London, and other maps are in the works. It is also intended to have 2.7.1 removed from public view as it is now a very old map not representative of the skills of UKDT.

Read the included readme file. It includes instructions on how to get the map up and running. Failing to do so will result in missing tiles, or a blank map.

UKDT is planning to attend Showbus 2017 - any donations received would go towards offsetting the costs of setting up the event. UKDT is not for profit, 100% of anything received gets reinvested into the community. Unspent donations will go back towards the operating costs of Fellowsfilm.

i love the map but i just have a little bit of the map its just a bit of the road and the rest of it is just blank
i installed evrething in the readme and it dosent work
Great map. I live in Paignton :D.
I love this map, and find it to be a good time whenever I play it. The only thing that keeps me from giving it a 5/5, because this is certainly the most impressive freeware map I've ever played, is a couple hitbox issues in Totnes that I'll be bringing up in the support thread. If I manage to get it sorted, I'll most certainly update this to a 5/5 rating.
one of my favourite maps
hi i cant get mine to work it just loads up with a blue sky is there any way i can fix that because i really want to play the map
You need to download and correctly installed everything listed in the documentation, including the bus.
i don't know if its just me but when i updated to 2.9 the AI was messed up i can't use the 35 route cause theirs no tour to choose its blank on the tour drop down menu , the PR1 just disappear in the middle of the road lool , and the second to last stop before Paignton somethings invisible is is on the road / pavement which causes all my passengers to leave the bus , but other than that quality and the other updates are perfect but i prefer the 2.7 version
Nice map, but you have said that you will be merging the cotterell map with BOTW 2, but when exactly?
Great map! I love this map 30-40 minutes just calms you down. I have changed the BotW 2.9.hof file a bit to add a Paignton Direct and a Totnes Direct I have gone into the OMSI 2 Editor to try and add the route as a route but I'm not that good, lol. So maybe a feature for a future update? I am also trying to work on a UK Map from a town in Scotland and I need help so... help me please lol!
I Love this map with the zoo ans sound effects also backgrouds
