You don't is the simple answer. The .o3d files are encrypted to prevent people from stealing other peoples work, editing and claiming its their own. V3D has released his blender files on V3D Studios - V3D Studios if you are looking for any of his work.

Wouldn't go for a laptop with integrated graphics. I run an i7 six core with a 2GB Nvidia card and wouldn't go any lower than that for a lot of games especially OMSI.
I'd recommend looking at PC Specialist. All built to order and a good turn around time. Support is really good as well...
