Have you downloaded the patch?
Mine still doesn't work
@phillip20164 Do what we say, we're trying to help you. But if you don't want any help, don't listen to us.
In this above image, the red circle, indicates what you are loading the map with on your OMSI, WRONG
You need to click on the button circled by Blue. if you do not do this, OMSI will try and load maps you've played before, but as you've not played this map, it will not show up a recent situation as you haven't got one.
Then, find the map in the BLACK CIRCLE and click start in the bottom left.
Hope this helps anyone with this problem as well!
EDIT: Make sure you've installed the map before this.
This is not working how you've said for me
@phillip20164 How have you installed the map? like have you placed the zip into the map folder or actually opened the zip because there's clear install instructions in the readme contained in the zip file.
I've opened the zip and then copied the things that's there into the Omsi 2 folder
Those 'things' being what's inside the OMSI 2 folder of the compressed file into your OMSI 2 folder inside SteamApps/common/OMSI 2?
Copied the OMSI 2 folder into your OMSI 2 folder or the contents of it into your OMSI 2 folder?
In the compressed file there is a folder called 'OMSI 2'. What is inside that should be copied into your 'OMSI 2' folder usually at C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\OMSI 2
EDIT: Woops didn't notice who had posted that response.
...Yes I know, my post was aimed at phillip.
I opened the the OMSI 2 folder and then copied the contents into the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\OMSI 2
The contents of it? Not the folder itself.
I did copy the content of it
What we are asking is, did you copy the OMSI2 folder as a whole, or did you open it and drag each individual file to its destination?
Then there should be no reason for it to not show up. You must've done something wrong or perhaps your OMSI may need verifying on Steam.
Here's a simple test. Do you have an OMSI 2 folder inside your OMSI 2 folder?
I opened it and dragged them individually file to where it's got to go
That isn't neccesary, you can just do them all at once directly into the OMSI 2 folder and they will sort themselves out. If it asks to overwrite files, press yes.
If you've done them individually its likely you may have missed some files out.
can you take a screenshot of your maps folder
