well so long as you clicked on each tour and changed it to use your AI group, and all is set up correctly, it should be good to go I expect

Sorry I didn’t let you know how it went I been busy. So problem I believe I did everything right but just one bus show up when it’s time for the other ones to show up they don’t Show up i have no idea what the problem is

i want more than two AI groups

If you highlight the entire second AI group (The airport bus one) you can make a copy and paste it at the bottom so you have two identical AI groups.
Then you can rename it however you choose, so instead of

[aigroup_depot]
Great Grundorf 2 Airportbus
GreatGrundorf2

you could call it, let's say:

[aigroup_depot]
Great Grundorf 2 Arriva Buses
GreatGrundorf2

Then, if you wanted to keep the 'Gillig Advantage' vehicle, you can leave it as is. But if you wanted a different bus you have to write the path to the .bus file.
If, for example, you wanted to use the MAN NG272 GN92, you would put 'vehicles\MAN_NL_NG\MAN_GN92_main.bus' instead of 'vehicles\Gillig Advantage\Adv40_2.bus'

below the .bus file path are the identities of the buses themselves. The first entry is the fleet number, so if you wanted your GN92 to be number 21, you'd put 21.
Press TAB and you can enter the number plate for the bus. So if you wanted bus 21 to display 'MAN 21' on the registration plate, write MAN 21.
Press TAB again and enter the repaint name. This isn't the name of the repaint's CTI file, but the actual repaint name inside of the CTI file. So if you had a repaint for the GN92 called 'Arriva Bus' but the CTI file for it was labelled ArrBus, you would still type 'Arriva Bus'

And you should have a little something like this:

[aigroup_depot]
Great Grundorf 2 Arriva Buses
GreatGrundorf2

[aigroup_depot_typgroup_2]
vehicles\MAN_NL_NG\MAN_GN92_main.bus
21 MAN 21 Arriva Bus
[end]

You can then copy and paste your bus identities to create several buses in your AI group. You can even have more than one vehicle type in an AI group.
Below is a fictional AI group I came up with which contains two vehicle types. Obviously the repaint names are fictional, choose a repaint you actually have.
The AI group 'Great Grundorf 2 Arriva Buses' would be ready to use and selectable in the timetable editor of OMSI Editor.

[aigroup_depot]
Great Grundorf 2 Arriva Buses
GreatGrundorf2

[aigroup_depot_typgroup_2]
vehicles\MAN_NL_NG\MAN_GN92_main.bus
21 MAN 21 Arriva Bus
22 MAN 22 Arriva Bus
23 MAN 23 Arriva New Livery
[end]

[aigroup_depot_typgroup_2]
vehicles\Gillig Advantage\Adv40_2.bus
9001 GIL 01 Arriva New Livery
9002 GIL 02 Arriva New Livery
[end]

I may have made a couple of mistakes along the way trying to explain this process, and I decided to do it slowly and in full to try and avoid any confusion, but the basic rule is to see what's already there, make a copy of it and edit it to your heart's content to see what you can alter.

Hope this helps. :)

did you go open up the OMSI Editor and go into the timetable editor?
If not then before a new AI group will show, you need to select which routes you want the new AI group to be used on. After you've selected a line from the drop down box at the very top, and a tour from the next drop down box (usually a number)

One of the drop down boxes is the AI group to be used on the specific tour. Open it up and there should be some generic ones like Busses and NormalCars, as well as the specific ones including Great Grundorf 2 Citybus, Great Grundorf 2 Airportbus and (hopefully) Great Grundorf 2 Arriva Buses.

Instead of whatever it is already set to, click on Great Grundorf 2 Arriva Buses
providing I explained the creation of the AI group right, it should make a difference. If not, or you have already done this, we might have to look into this further.

A couple of side-notes I do want to add, which I omitted before for clarity are:
If after the number plate entry, you don't add a repaint to use, or make a spelling error with the repaint name, the bus will choose the default repaint. So if it were an SD200, it would choose plain beige.
Bus mods which are from OMSI 1 don't always have the same setup for fleet number/registration plate files. Sometimes one of the other can be omitted and the .org file works it out automatically, providing you entered a number/reg listed in the .org file. Trial and error needs to be undertaken here.
When showing TAB in my example AI group, I used a bunch of spaces to demonstrate. Don't copy and paste what I wrote into the AI List, copy and paste what is already in it and you know it works.

I don't know why it wouldn't work. Although the editor is a bit complicated so here's an example I have working for an edit I made to Cotterell by adding an ASDA bus. In the Cotterell AI list I added the AI group shown below.

[aigroup_depot]
ASDA
Cotterell

[aigroup_depot_typgroup_2]
vehicles\Dennis_Dart_MPD\DART_MPD.bus
X501-WRG Robertson Buses
X503-WRG Robertson Buses ASDA
X504-WRG Robertson Buses ASDA
[end]

The Dennis Dart is quite an old bus model now so it has no separate fleet number and registration number lists. Hence lack of both.

Here is the OMSI editor, and the steps I took to make sure the ASDA bus route had the correct buses running on it.
asda bus.png

In more detail (you say you are new to the editor) this is what I did. See below.
Step 1 - Clicked on tab Tracks & Trips
Step 2 - In 'tracks' selected ASDA track. I think a lot or routes actually have two tracks, one for outbound and return journey. But not the ASDA bus.
Step 3 - In 'trips' selected ASDA trip. I like to give my tracks and trips really obvious names to avoid confusion, however how clear this is on GG2 I don't know
Step 4 - Hit 'Edit Timetable...'
Step 5 - Select the line number which relates to the same track/trip. The ASDA bus is called A1 so I choose A1.
Step 6 - Select tour. Tour basically means if the route has three buses running on it, there are 3 tours happening. 4 buses = 4 tours and so-on.
Step 7 - Select an AI group. It is assigned to the tour, so if you have 7 tours, you'll need to change all 7 of them to your new AI group. Otherwise you'll end up with 6 of the old AI group and one of the new because you only changed one tour to use the new group.
It is a very involved process to use the track/trip/timetable editor in OMSI, especially when creating an AI route, but in case you thought shortcutting straight to the timetable editor and looking through the AI groups would work, I think you'd need to select the track, trip, line and tour first.

Well that is peculiar.
Try copying the Airport Bus AI group and changing its name (Like add a '2' on the end or something) but making no other edits.

Because the airport bus group definitely works as you have shown, so in theory a direct duplicate of it should also work.
If you do see Great Grundorf 2 Airportbus2 in the list on the timetable editor, try making each change one step at a time until you have added all your buses, repaints etc. Because I don't recall ever coming across an AI list so stubborn to change before!

If you don't see Great Grundorf 2 Airportbus2 in the list on the timetable editor, I can only assume Great Grundorf 2 has something built into it to prevent the AI groups from being edited, though I'm not sure how that's possible. If it doesn't work you might have to investigate with a different map and return to GG2.

Well that is peculiar.

OK good news I did what you said and I Accidentally delete the original GG AIRPORT AI lists i had a back up of the AI Group and I put it back and went back to the omsi editor and I noticed that there was 3 groups now so i remove one and i put my ai list I made in there and it showed up now I just has to do the step now.

I have a question what ever I put up on the first box do I have to put the same in the Second box

And how do I find out how many tour I need for the route I’m useing

Although I'm not entire sure how this part works - yes.
The part in the first box directly relates to the one in the second box with the same name, because one is the outward journey (from terminus 'A' to terminus 'B')of a route and the other is the return journey (from terminus 'B' to terminus 'A').

When Making routes I can never set this up properly, so as a compromise I have a bus driving in a complete loop (from terminus 'A' to terminus 'A') but what I do is unrelated, so really you can ignore this sentence!

So yes do put the same in the first box as the second box.

Tours:
The tour is how many buses drive on the route. If the route takes 1 hour and runs half-hourly, there will be two buses and therefore two tours.
But if the routes came with the map (as in you're not making it yourself) I would think the correct number of tours would already exist.

When you drive and go onto an AI bus line and click the button labelled '92' in the ALT menu, and it says select line and then select tour, the tour directly relates to the bus. So if you have 4 tours, you will have 4 buses, 5 tours = 5 buses etc
