If you find any posts on the Forums that appear to be a violation of our Registration Agreement and Rules or is at all inappropriate, offensive or suspicious, please report this post to us on the soonest opportunity so that a member of staff can resolve the situation as soon as possible. We deal with all reports, no matter how big or small.

You can find full details on how to report a post below, as well as how reports are dealt with and our procedures regarding them:

    1. You report the post. To do this, simply click the Report post link at the top of the post:  ztEuaUQXoMUO_DCfGlZsUsG38IwDZAfn.png
    2. A member of staff will receive the report, and then deal with is as they see appropriate. This could be by one of the following means:

      • Verbal warning

      • Warning points issued

      • Ban (temporary or permanent)

      • Moderated content

      • Restriction from posting

    3. The report is then marked as Complete and sent to an archive of previously submitted reports for future review if so required and for our records.

It is important to note that reports are entirely confidential, and you can report any user in confidence. The details of your report will only be shared with the required members of our staff team, and will not be shared elsewhere. The same applies for any warning points or restrictions that are issued. Bans, however, are publicly visible for several reasons.

If you have any further questions regarding reports and how we deal with them, please PM a member of staff and we'll be happy to answer any questions you have.
